Our Work Zone Safety program includes:
– **VDOT-Approved Flagger Certification:** All of our staff receive official training and certification to meet Virginia Department of Transportation standards.
– **OSHA Compliance:** Every crew member follows Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements for roadside and construction safety.
– **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):** We supply reflective safety vests, steel-toe boots, gloves, hard hats, radios, and eye protection to all employees.

What does a Flagger do?
- Directs vehicles and pedestrians through construction zones
- Uses flags, stop/slow paddles, and signals
- Sets up and removes cones, signs, barriers
- Protects workers and the public
Job Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Able to stand long periods, all weather
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
